Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) Healthcare


The CSA Group Bayern GmbH in Strasskirchen, member of the CSA Group, has one of the largest and most modern testing laboratories in Europe. It is accredited by numerous bodies and therefore offers extensive testing and certification possibilities in the following areas: Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Automotive/EMC, Safety, Environmental Simulation, Wireless Communication Technology, Metrology, Power Tools and Global Market Access (product approvals in more than 200 countries).

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor's Degree with six or more years of experience in specific commercial unit’s industry; or a three years College Diploma with six or more years of work experience in similar industry; or significant industry experiences performing certification and testing work.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • High level of initiative to meet or exceed targeted goals with minimal supervision
  • Proven expertise in successfully managing a territory, proactively identifying and winning customers, as well as retaining clients in a competitive setting.
  • Excellent listening skills as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English - any other language is an asset
  • Ability to prepare cost proposals promptly to meet customers’ needs.
  • Independent sales generation and/or customer account management (telemarketing, marketing, sales)
  • Problem resolution skills, to deliver high quality and timely services.
  • Organized and independent worker. Ability to cope with unpredictable schedule, regular work interruptions, multiple deadlines and targeted goals.
  • Responsive and pleasant when dealing with external and internal customers, peers and co-workers.
  • Strong organization, creativity and project management skills to plan for projects, events and conferences
  • Prior experience with sales tracking software is an asset

Deine Aufgaben

  • Customer Relationship Management as primary point of contact for our business customers in the Certification & Testing Business
  • Customer Acquisition through promotion of the use of CSA’s global Healthcare service portfolio using various telemarketing and direct solicitation methods
  • Preparation of project quotations and proposals for clients together with our technical staff
  • Development of a good understanding of the customer environment, needs and expectations, and use of this knowledge to proactively drive improvements and efficiencies in Customer Support
  • Provides periodic written reports on calls, customer contact, proposals, quotes, expenses, cost for services for clients, travel and tradeshow activities, as well as oral presentation as required
  • Builds and maintains contacts within organization to exchange, explain and interpret information or ideas and follow up on client’s requests.
  • Evaluation of market information, Healthcare reports, databases and related analysis
  • Represents CSA Group at assigned trade shows, exhibits, conferences and client presentations
  • Participation in CSA Group Technical Network and outside organizations and Technical Panel as required
  • Reports to the Commercial Director Healthcare
  • Travel activities up to 60% national and international for trade shows, sales meetings, conferences and customer visits
